Download the InDesign grid as
Scripts open a new document with the grid on locked layers. PNG and SVG are transparent and match the preview: hide layers or the column tint to leave them out.
How to run a script
Illustrator: File › Scripts › Other Script…, choose the file.
InDesign: Window › Utilities › Scripts. Right-click “User” › Reveal in Finder, move the file into that folder, then double-click it in the panel.
